PICKING THE PERFECT PERSONAL TRAINER

Colorado Springs, CO –(September 18, 2002)–Need help choosing just the right personal trainer? The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) has developed a guide to help select an educated, certified, and competent personal trainer.

The NSCA, as a nonprofit, worldwide authority on strength and conditioning, provides an invaluable brochure as a checklist to help you through the personal trainer interview process. How to Select a Personal Trainer starts with steps to locating a personal trainer, determining their level of education, personal experience, and certification credentials. The brochure continues to answer questions concerning personality, fees, and scheduling.

Additionally, the NSCA has an online personal trainer locator service available on their website at www.nsca-lift.org that lists over 1,100 NSCA-certified personal trainers. Search the locator to find the perfect trainer in your state/province. Then select alphabetically by city.

A personal trainer should be a source of motivation and encouragement, and a resource for the latest information on health and fitness. Selecting a personal trainer can be a very confusing process, but with a little know how and guidance, your experience with a personal trainer can be a healthy and happy one.

To receive a free copy of the How to Select a Personal Trainer brochure send a self addressed stamped envelope with your name and address to: NSCA, Attn: PT Brochure, P.O. Box 9908, Colorado Springs, CO 80932-0908, or call toll free at (800) 815-6826.

Throughout its 25-year history, the National Strength and Conditioning Association has sought to educate its members and increase respect for the strength and conditioning profession. The NSCA fulfills this goal by providing a wide variety of resources such as: exceptional professional journals; cutting edge conferences; scholarship and grant opportunities; educational text and videos; and career services to its 24,000 members. Visit the NSCA website www.nsca-lift.org for more information.

All New SWINGSTIK Putter/Trainer takes MASS and Moment Of Inertia (MOI) to a whole new level!

By Anonymous

June 4, 2004--The Enhantrix Group, Inc, the Chardon, Ohio based manufacturer of the SWINGSTIK family of golf fitness and training products, introduces the newest concept in golf putting technology to date: The All-New SWINGSTIK Putter/Trainer.

The SWINGSTIK Putter/Trainer takes MASS and Moment Of Inertia (MOI) to a whole new level! Placing the MASS of the putter in the SHAFT, control is moved closer to the hands - where it should be! - Not hanging freely and less-controlled near the ground.

The SWINGSTIK Putter/Trainer's weighted shaft naturally swings on a balanced, straight, path while re-enforcing the feel of, and building muscle memory for, a perfect putt.

The SWINGSTIK Putter/Trainer virtually eliminates twisting of the hands, allowing the user to concentrate more on WHERE the ball is going, and LESS on what the hands are doing.

Some of the SWINGSTIK Putter/Trainer features are:
- High Mass
- Strong MOI
- Solid Feel
- Smooth Stroke
- Head Stays Square
- Ball Stays True
- Strong Inertia Feel
- Pendulum Swing
- No twisting Of Hands
- Wide Sweet Spot

The SWINGSTIK Putter/Trainer is available in Standard, Xtreme, and Traveller models. The SWINGSTIK Putter/Trainer Traveller is specially engineered for easy disassembly for storage or travel.

More information about the SWINGSTIK Putter/Trainer, and complete golf fitness and training, can be found at: http://swingstik.com or email: info@swingstik.com
